www.amazon.com I love KitchenAid mixer. I had the classic 4.5 quarts before and had a lot of fun with it. Great for kneading, making scones, etc. So, when I saw the 5 quart model on sale, I jumped at the chance to purchase it. Same as before, but only bigger, right? Well, it worked great until I realized that the dough was being left at the bottom of the bowl. So, I figured it's because of the height so I lowered it a bit.
